Door Destination Terms & Conditions
Please read before placing your order.
Our Customer Service is open from Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 6:00pm PST and Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm. Customer Service is closed Saturday and Sunday but you may email us at email@example.com with your issue and we will return the message first thing on Monday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our warehouse on Monday morning.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
In-Stock orders will ship within 48 business hours. Custom orders will vary depending on the order. Please reach out to your sales associate for an estimated time to completion.
ORDER ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Any stock order may be changed prior to shipment. Any changes made after the order has shipped may be subjected to a restock fee.
All custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Doors that have never been installed and are in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order upon receipt of the door at our designated warehouse.
To return or exchange a recent purchase, please contact a representative and inform them of your decision. They will instruct you on the next steps to prep the door for freight pickup.
SALE ITEM RETURN POLICY
Items purchased during an online sale with a coupon providing a 5% discount or more, or items purchased at a local "Blowout Sale" at reduced prices are not eligible for return.
Returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

All doors ship fully insured. All damage must be reported within two days of receipt of the product and prior to installation. Damage reported after installation may not be covered under warranty.
